 The Fifth Annual CME Unity Summit will be held Monday, September 19, 2016 through Friday, September 23, 2016 at the St. Louis Union Station Doubletree Hotel located at 1820 Market Street in St. Louis, MO.  Bishop and Mrs. Sylvester Williams, Sr. and the members of the Third Episcopal District will host the Unity Summit.
The General Connectional Board will meet during the Unity Summit.   Other events will include a Gospel Concert and the second CME Best talent show showcasing the talented men and women in our Zion. Additional information about the Fifth Unity Summit will be posted on this page and CME social media sites, and sent via e-mail to our connectional members and friends. 
 
General Connectional Board
The General Connectional Board is called to meet at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 22, 2016, at the Union Station Doubletree Hotel, St. Louis, Missouri.  The anticipated time for the close of General Connectional Board business is Friday afternoon, September 23, 2016, by 3 P.M. 
 
All members of the General Connectional Board and Special Commissions will receive additional information concerning hotel stay and meeting expenses from Dr. Victor Taylor, the General Secretary of Finance.  All  members of the General Connectional Board and Special Commissions are expected to register for the Unity Summit.
 
Registration & Hotel Information
The registration fee for the CME Unity Summit is $150! Special or ticketed events may be announced at a later date. 
 
The room rate at the St. Louis Union Station Doubletree Hotel is $119 per night plus tax (current tax rate is 16.93%).  All hotel rooms must be booked by August 16th.  A one-night deposit is required for your hotel room.
 
Online Registration 
You may register online and purchase event tickets at www.thecmechurch.org/UnitySummit .  Thereafter, you will be able to reserve your hotel room.  A receipt and hotel confirmation notice will be e-mailed to you. 
 
Mail-in Registration 
You may mail in your registration form, pay your registration fee and secure your hotel room by check or money order. Download a registration form at www.thecmechurch.org/UnitySummit.  
 
You will receive a receipt and hotel reservation form via postal mail.  If your e-mail address is indicated on the registration form, a receipt and hotel reservation link will be e-mailed to you.

Order DVDs/CDs from the Fourth Annual CME Unity Summit
To place an order, please download and fill out this  form, and e-mail to: informer@cartertabernaclecme.org. Upon placing an order, please remit a money order for the total amount plus $2 for shipping. Money order should be made out to: The Department of Finance, and check should be mailed to Carter Tabernacle CME Church, 1 South Cottage Hill Rd. Orlando, Fl 32805.
